Industrializacija in družbena dinamika v občini Tržič

Tržič je bil od nekdaj znan kot industrijsko mesto. Številne, predvsem pa raznovrstne industrijske dejavnosti, ki so se v industrijskem obdobju razvile, so nastale na podlagi preteklih obrtnih dejavnosti. Razvoj slednjih je poleg ugodne prometne poti in naravnih virov pospešil ter okrepil tudi prihod tujcev. Ti so tako v obrtno-manufakturnem kot tudi v industrijskem obdobju s seboj prinesli novo znanje in kapital ter tako uvajali nove postopke in tehnike. Industrijski razvoj je občini prinesel prostorsko in demografsko spremembo, saj so se v Tržič priseljevali delavci iz republik takratne Jugoslavije, mesto pa se je zaradi industrijskega razvoja pričelo preobražati in širiti proti jugu. Z njihovim priseljevanjem se je v občini Tržič pričela spreminjati narodnostna sestava. Občina je največje spremembe v narodnosti sestavi pričela doživljati od 70. let prejšnjega stoletja naprej. V magistrskem delu je obravnavana industrializacija občine Tržič in družbena dinamika, ki jo je industrializacija povzročila.

Izvleček

Tržič has always been known as an industrial city. Many diverse industrial activities that developed during the industrial period, had arisen from past craft industries. The development of before mentioned craft industries, as well as convenient traffic connections and natural resources, has stimulated and increased the arrival of foreigners. During the craft production and industrial period, they have brought new knowledge and capital with them, also introducing new procedures and techniques. Industrial development caused spatial development and demographic change to the municipality of Tržič due to the arrival of workers from Yugoslavia, which lead the town to transform and spread towards the south. Immigration caused the national composition of the municipality of Tržič to change. The municipality experienced the biggest changes in the national composition from the 1970s onwards. This master’s thesis deals with the industrialization of the municipality of Tržič and the social dynamics it has caused.
