Sports in the world play an important social role. The problem with the sport is the presence of doping which distorts the "sports spirit". In this master’s thesis, attention is paid to the anti-doping regime. On one hand, sports remain »clean« and to achieve its purpose, on the other hand, it intervenes heavily into fundamental human rights and freedoms. Sport has developed its specific legal rules to which it refers. The admissibility of interventions requires the demonstration of the proportionality of the measures. The World Anti-Doping Organization or WADA plays an important role in doping, which, as a private law entity, creates its own autonomous rules that are binding on athletes. The legitimate aim of anti-doping autonomous rules is to pursue the equality of athletes and to protect the general public interest. In my view, the interference with the procedural guarantees provided in criminal proceedings is proportional, so is the interference with the right to a private life, the interference with a free economic initiative is proportional, with a proportional sanction, the interference with freedom of movement is not restricted, the right to the protection of personal data, however, encounter an inappropriate legal basis for consent to the processing of personal data.
