Vpliv parametrov na ceno parametriziranih standardnih postavk za gradbeno obrtniška dela : diplomska naloga

diplomska naloga zajema izdelavo vsebinske analize delovnih postopkov za kanalizacijska dela, parametrizacijo delovnih postopkov ter ovrednotenje posameznih parametrov postavk. v prvem delu smo podrobno analizirali same postopke del, ki se izvajajo pri kanalizacijskih delih. v drugem delu smo iz analize delovnih postopkov naredili izvleček parametrov, ki so bistvenega pomena za sestavo, opis, strokovnost in razumevanje posamezne postavke. v tretjem delu smo izbranim parametrom določili vrednost parametrov, vrednostim parametrov pa določili tržne cene oz. vpliv, ki ga doprinesejo h končni ceni postavke. v zadnjem delu smo izračunali okvirne končne cene obravnavanih postavk na podlagi metode končnih cen. okvirne končne cene obravnavanih postavk smo določili s pomočjo projektnega informacijskega sistema xpert in baze podatkov xbase, jih nato tudi simulirali ter primerjali s povprečnimi cenami postavk iz sklenjenih pogodb.

• Title: Impact of parameters on parametritized standardized work items price for construction craft works : graduation thesis

Abstract

the paper covers analysis of work procedures, used in sawage projects, parametrisation of work procedures and evaluation of parameters. the first part of the paper includes detailed analysis of work procedures, used in sawage projects. in the second part of the work were determined crucial parameters from the first part of the paper, which have basic meaning for structure, description, professionallity and understanding of individual work items for construction craft works. in the third part of the paper were determined values of crucial parameters from the second part of the paper. Than were determined impact of values of crucial parameters. in the last part of the paper approximately final prices of work items based on the method of final prices were determined. approximately final prices of work items were made by using the project information system xpert and xbase database. in the end calculations of approximately final prices of work items were compared with average prices of work items from contracts from our database.
