Abstract
Cilj diplomske naloge je predstaviti moje delo pri projektu modernizacije proizvodne linije za slovensko proizvodno podjetje. Podjetje Kolektor Sisteh d. o. o. je kot podizvajalec zadolžen za implementacijo najnovejšega krmiljenja in izdelave novega nadzornega sistema SCADA (ang. supervisory control and data acquisition), V prvem delu naloge bom predstavil načrtovanje in konfiguracijo nadzornega sistema SCADA, s katerim lahko uporabnik vpliva na proizvodni proces. Za izdelavo nadzornega sistema SCADA smo uporabili programsko okolje SIMATIC WinCC v7.4. WinCC je programsko orodje podjetja Siemens, ki omogoča izdelavo tovrstnega nadzornega sistema. V okviru programske opreme lahko opravimo celovit nadzor vodenega procesa, kar vključuje grafično podobo elementov, posameznih aktuatorjev, nadzor procesnih faz in alarmiranje. V drugem delu naloge bom predstavil krmilniški del. Zanj smo uporabili programiljivi logični krmilnik podjetja Siemens, serije SIMATIC S7-1500 in programsko okolje TIA Portal v15.1. Osredotočil se bom na svoj del naloge za programiranje faze doziranja po standardu ANSI ISA S88.

Title:Modernization of control and supervision systems of a production line
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present my work on a project of modernization of production line in a Slovenian factory. Company Kolektor Sisteh is one of the subcontractors responsible for implementation of a new control system units consisting of programmable logic controllers and SCADA supervisory system, as well as for implementation of new software for addressing batch process control called @SinaproBatch. First part of the thesis presents the design and configuration of the SCADA control system, through which a user can control the process units. SIMATIC WinCC v7.4 is the software environment used for this case. WinCC is a software developed by company Siemens. It provides the tools required to design such control systems. Within the software we can perform a comprehensive control of the system which includes a graphical representations of underlying elements, individual actuators, process phase control, process parameter value control and alarming. Second part of the work presents the controller section of the project. The programmable logic controller used in the project is Siemens S7-1500 and the corresponding programming software environment is TIA portal v15.1. My work on this part consists of programming the phase of dosing according to the standard of ANSI ISA S88. The technology process is recipe based, therefore for this case, our internally developed application @SinaproBatch is used.
