Analiza pogodbenega terminskega plana, njegova korekcija in prikaz dejanskega poteka izvedbe : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen projekt izvedbe pločnika v dolžini 1200 m skozi naselje Jagnjenica skupaj z ureditvijo komunalne infrastrukture ter terminski plan, ki je bil za ta projekt narejen. Izvedel sem analizo pogodbenega terminskega plana in na podlagi zbrane literature ter s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Project izdelal korekcijo terminskega plana do te mere, da ga je mogoče uporabiti za spremljanje projekta. Iz gradbenih dnevnikov sem povzel dejanske podatke o izvedbi objekta ter jih vnesel v terminski plan. Iz tega sem dobil sliko dejanskega stanja poteka gradnje. Svoje ugotovitve sem zapisal v zadnjem delu diplomske naloge.

• Title: Analysis of contractual schedule, its correction and display of project realisation : graduation thesis

Abstract

Subject of this diploma thesis is presentation of pavement execution in length of 1200m through Jagnjenica settlement, together with sewer infrastructure alignment and scheduling, made specifically for this project. I conducted an analysis of contractual schedule and based on chosen literature, using Microsoft Project computer program, I made a correction of schedule to the point, that it's useful for project monitoring. From construction journals, I summed up the actual data about execution of this project and entered those data into schedule. Based on this I was able to get an insight to actual state of construction course. I presented my findings in the last part of the thesis.
