Abstract
Implementiral sem enotočkovno in dvotočkovno pasivno mikroreologijo in njeno delovanje preveril na simulacijah viskoznih in viskoelastičnih snovi, meritvah mešanice glicerola in vode, ter agaroznem gelu.

Title:
Measurement of viscoelastic properties with two-point passive microrheology
Abstract:
Two-point passive microrheology is presented in this master's thesis. Passive microrheology observes Brownian motion of microscopic particles embedded in a material. Mean square displacement is measured and used to calculate complex modulus ($G^*$) using generalized Stokes-Einstein relation. With two-point microrheology, the correlated motion of distinct particles is used instead of mean square displacement. I implement one-point and two-point passive microrheology. Simulations were used to compare one-point and two-point microrheological results as well as measurements performed in water and glycerol mixtures and agarose gel.
