Abstract
Če se oprimemo pojma zaposlovanja mladih diplomantov, nikakor ne moremo preko procesov izobraževanja in stika z bodočimi delodajalci. V svojem diplomskem delu svojo pozornost usmerjam v celoten izobraževalni proces, praktično usposabljanje študentov, delovanje trga delovne sile ter dejavnike, vplivajoče na pridobitev ustrezne zaposlitve na trgu dela. Diplomsko delo v začetku sestavlja teoretični del, v katerem ključne pojme mladost, vzgojo in izobraževanje, trg delovne sile ter zaposlenost razčlenim v posamezne podzvrsti in obrazložim njihovo povezavo s samo temo naloge. Nadalje v empiričnem delu preko kvantitativne raziskovalne metode, izvedene s pomočjo 5 intervjuvanih mladih diplomantov posamezne izbrane fakultete v starosti od 23 do 28 let iščem odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja povezava z vstopom na slovenski trg dela. Odgovore diplomantov obeh fakultet nadalje preko štirih ključno zastavljenih raziskovalnih vprašanj medsebojno primerjam. V celotni raziskavi pridem do ugotovitev, da je praktična usposobljenost glavni faktor za pridobitev želene zaposlitve pri delodajalcih, le-te pa pri mladih diplomantih velikokrat primanjkuje.

Title:The entrance of young graduates into the labour market: a comparison between graduates of the Faculty of Social Sciences and graduates of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Abstract:
If we consider the concept of employing young graduates, we cannot go pass the process of education and contact with future employers. In my diploma work I have focused on complete educational system, practical training of students, the activity of labour market and all other important factors of getting and appropriate job. My diploma work presents an introduction with a theoretical part which includes key words with explanations of subgenre topics. Further, in my empiric part, I have looked for answers on my research questions through a quantitative research method done with five interviews with young graduates of chosen faculties aged from twenty-three to twenty-eight asking questions related to entering a Slovenian labour market. Then through four key research questions I have compared the answers of graduates of both faculties. Through my whole research I have got to the following findings that the main factors of getting the employment a graduate wishes for are practical trainings which employers want and young graduates mainly do not have yet.
