Abstract
Oljni konzervator je pomemben del električnega transformatorja. Služi uravnavanju sprememb prostornine olja v ohišju zaradi temperaturnih razlik. Postavitev konzervatorja je odvisna od različnih zahtev in omejitev. Z nosilno konstrukcijo zagotovimo ustrezno postavitev konzervatorja na transformatorju. Na podlagi baze podatkov v podjetju smo določili štiri izvedbe nosilcev in določili meje v prostoru za izbiro ustreznega nosilca. Za vse oblike smo izvedli statično analizo in postavili analitične modele za preračun nosilcev. Modele smo potrdili z numeričnimi analizami. Na podlagi rezultatov smo izdelali ekspertni sistem za izbiro ustreznega nosilca za hitro določanje oblike in dimenzije nosilca.

Title:Development of an expert system for selection and calculation of supporting bracket for oil conservator on power transformers
Abstract:
Oil conservator is an important part of power transformer. It serves to regulate changes in oil volume in transformer housing due to temperature differences. Placement of oil conservator depends on various requirements and restrictions. Supporting bracket ensures proper placement of oil conservator on power transformer. Based on company database, we determined four types of brackets and defined boundaries for selecting appropriate type. We preformed static analysis for all types of brackets and set analytical models for calculating stress and deformation. Analytical models were confirmed by numerical analysis. Based on the results we created an expert system for selecting appropriate supporting bracket, which contributes to faster selection of type and size of bracket.
