Abstract
Namen magistrske naloge je predstavitev procesa brizganja plastičnih materialov in razvoj konstrukcije brizgalnega orodja za končni izdelek, katerega predstavlja zidni vložek. Zahtevan material izdelka je polipropilen, ki je primeren za preoblikovanje s postopkom brizganja. Konstrukcija orodja je morala izpolnjevati konstrukcijske zahteve in omogočati optimalno ter nemoteno delovanje. Izbiro vrste orodja smo določili glede na geometrijo brizganega izdelka, ekonomski in tehnični kriteriji pa so določali izbiro določenih sistemov znotraj orodja. V času zasnove konstrukcije orodja je sledila tudi izvedba simulacij brizganja, s katero smo preverili ustreznost izdelka, orodja in izbranih sistemov.

Title:Construction development of multi cavity injection mold for polymers
Abstract:
This work researches the process of plastic injection molding and construction development of injection mold for final product, which is wall plug. Required material used for the product is polypropylene, which is suitable for injection molding. The tool construction must meet all the necessary requirements and ensure optimum and smooth operation. The type of tool was selected on the basis of products’ geometry, while the choice of certain systems within the tool was determined by economic and technical criteria. We also included the implementation of injection molding simulations, in order to verify the suitability of the product, tool and selected systems.
