Through my diploma thesis, I explore the relationship between light, nature and its protection, ethics in painting, deepened in pure essence. Coming from the sacred core of Being, I create in this light while protecting nature. In my paintings, which combine both natural elements, mainly gathered in forests, and recycling material - the product of our society, I connect with a thread on the canvas in the care for the Earth and its creatures, as with the glowing light, painted with the help of natural pigments and linseed oil, an expression of inner Being. I would like to speak through my works and corresponding text about the relationship with myself as a part of nature, in connection with the whole. I depict the fragile balance, but with the power to maintain it in the care for the peace and healing that can be found in nature, and within ourselves, through artistic (therapeutic) creation. I feel it on several levels myself. But perhaps most importantly, there is hope that we allow our light to enlighten and awaken us in oneness, which is love. To start acting ethically towards nature and to protect and preserve it, we have to start with ourselves. I speak of peaceful activism as my growing vision. I also relate to other artists and writers whose work I feel an affinity with. In co-existence and in search of eco-friendly solutions, we could save the planet.
