Variante priključka lokalne ceste v Črnem Potoku na državno cesto v občini Šmartno pri Litiji : diplomska naloga

Namen diplomske naloge je poiskati optimalno rešitev priključka lokalne ceste 208221-Črni Potok-Simončič-Mala Goričica na glavno cesto R2-416, Šmartno – Radohova vas, na odseku 1347 v 1010 metru. Ožina na LC 208221 pred križiščem prepustnost ceste občutno zmanjša, hkrati pa predstavlja več konfliktnih točk med motornim prometom in pešci. Temu delu ceste bi se radi izognili oziroma bistveno izboljšali položaj pešcev. Sedanje vključevanje na glavno cesto R2-416 je pod neustreznim kotom in slabo pregledno, zaradi česar na tem mestu večkrat pride do nevarnih situacij. Priključek bi radi izvedli tako, da bo ob povečani prepustnosti varnost povečana, hkrati pa bo cesta prijazna in udobna tudi za vso kmetijsko mehanizacijo, ki je na tem delu ni malo. Ob vseh predpostavkah bo smiselno upoštevati tudi ekonomski vidik, kajti zavedati se moramo, da gre za prometno manj obremenjeno lokalno cesto, vendar bi dobra rešitev tega priključka bistveno povečala varnost in kvaliteto vožnje tamkajšnjih krajanov.

• Title: Variants of connecting the side road to the main road in Črni Potok in : graduation thesis

Abstract

The main aim of the presented thesis is to find the optimal solution of connecting the local road 208221 -Črni Potok-Simončič-Mala Goričica to the main road R2-416, Šmartno – Radohova vas, on section 1347 in 1010 meter. The narrowness on LC 208221, just in front of the existing intersection, reduces the road capacity. Besides that, this section presents more conflict points between motorized vehicles and pedestrians. The goal of this work is to avoid this road section, or at least to find the right solution in order to improve pedestrian safety. The angle of connecting the side road to the main road R2-416 does not follow the criteria of a safe intersection. Moreover, it does not offer the required sight distance for a safe drive and neither sufficient road capacity. The new junction will increase safety and be usable for all kind of farming machines. In this thesis three different options were analyzed. In all presented variants is important to consider also the economical point of view. We have to be aware that the local road is light loaded. The best solution for this intersection would be cost efficient and would considerably increase safety and the drive quality of local people.
