Abstract
Leta 1942 je Isaac Asimov objavil znanstvenofantastični roman »I, Robot«, kjer so bili predstavljeni trije zakoni robotike. Prvo pravilo pravi, da »robot ne sme poškodovati človeka ali z nedelovanjem človeku povzročiti škodo«. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena sodelujoča montažna celica, ki smo jo razvili v podjetju Blubit d.o.o. V drugem poglavju diplomske naloge sta opisana proces in delovanje montažne celice. Tretje poglavje opisuje PLK krmiljenje naprave. V tem delu so opisani uporabljena strojna oprema, programiranje krmilnika in uporabniški vmesnik. Četrto poglavje opisuje integracijo sodelujočih robotov v celico. V poglavju so osnovne funkcije za delo z robotom in programiranje robota z opisom funkciji, ki so bile uporabljene v programu robota. V petem poglavju je opisana dodatna varnost z varnostnimi elementi, ki so bili vgrajeni v celico za povečanje varnosti operaterja, ki celico upravlja. V zadnjem poglavju je predstavljen uporabniški vmesnik, ki je namenjen za upravljanje in nadzor naprave.

Title:Collaborative robot work cell for assembly of LED modules
Abstract:
In 1942 Isaac Asimov published the science fiction novel “I, Robot”, where the three laws of robotics were introduced. First rule stated that “A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm”. This thesis presents a collaborative assembly cell that we developed at Blubit d.o.o. The second chapter of the thesis briefly describes the process and operation of the assembly cell. The third chapter describes the PLC control of the device. This section describes the hardware used, the programming of the controller, and the user interface. Chapter four describes the integration of collaborative robots into the cell. The chapter summarizes basic functions for working with a robot and programming a robot with a description of functions that were used in the robot program. Chapter five describes the additional safety and safety features that were mounted on the cell to increase the safety of the operator who operates the cell. The last section introduces the user interface which is designed to supervise and control the device.
