Abstract
V današnjem svetu sta izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih bistvenega pomena za razvoj zaposlenih in organizacij. Njegove pomembnosti se morajo zavedati tako delodajalci kot tudi zaposleni. Delovna mesta se namreč iz dneva v dan spreminjajo in posledično zahtevajo vse več in nova znanja. Da bi bila zaposlenim omogočena kakovostnejša delovna mesta, jih organizacije ciljno s pridobivanjem novih znanj spodbujajo k vključenosti in produktivnosti. Tako kot se investira v razvoj delovne opreme in naprav, je treba investirati tudi v zaposlene. Usposobljenost in izobraženost zaposlenih je namreč povezana tudi s konkurenčnostjo organizacije na trgu. Namen raziskave, ki je bila izvedena z metodo anketiranja, je bil ugotoviti, koliko pozornosti organizacija posveča področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja zaposlenih, kateri zaposleni imajo več možnosti za izobraževanje, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s kakovostjo izobraževanj in kaj jih pri tem najbolj motivira. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da je v izbrani organizaciji premalo pozornosti posvečene področju izobraževanja in da se izobražujejo predvsem zaposleni na vodstvenih položajih. Tako moške kot ženske pa k izobraževanju najbolj spodbudi napredovanje na delovnem mestu in boljša plača. Ustrezni predlogi za uvedbo sprememb bi bili team building, dodatna izobraževanja in delavnice.

Title:ANALYSIS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES IN THE SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
Nowadays, education and training of employees are crucial for the development of employees and organizations. Employers and employees should be aware of their importance. Workplaces are changing daily and are consequently demanding increasing and new knowledge. In order for employees to be suited for more quality jobs, organizations encourage them for greater integration and productivity by making them gain new and specific knowledge. Like investing into the development of work equipment and devices, it is also necessary to invest into employees. Education and training of employees are namely also connected with the competitiveness of the organization on the market. The purpose of the research, which was carried out with surveying, was to find out, how much attention the organization pays to the fields of education and training of employees, which employees have more possibilities for education, employee satisfaction with the quality of educational programmes and what motivates them the most in this case. The results of the research show that in the selected organization, there is insufficient attention given to the field of education and that employees, who are part of the leadership, are mostly taking part in educational programs. Men as well as women are mostly encouraged for educational programs by promotion at the work place and better salary. Suitable suggestions for the introduction of changes would be team building, additional educational programs and workshops.
