Responsibility is the foundation of leadership. This responsibility firstly begins within the leader himself, it continious with the responsibility for his or hers actions and decisions, responsibility for his or hers subordinates and team as whole, and lastly, responsibility for a mission – responsibility for success or failure. Leadership in this books means total responsibility and ownership of leader, team and mission as whole. Concepts are easy, but hard to use.
