Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je v uvodu za lažje razumevanje predstavljen ograjni sistem, ki je trenutno v evropskem prostoru najbolj uveljavljen. Opisana je sestava moderne ograje in razložena struktura njenega najpomembnejšega sestavnega dela – mrežnega ograjnega panela. Sledi predstavitev proizvodnega postopka takšnega ograjnega panela. Ideja magistrskega dela temelji na želji za boljše, hitrejše, zanesljivejše in s tem gospodarnejše prelaganje ograjnih panelov pri vsakodnevni manipulaciji v podjetju Ograje Kočevar. Z nekajletnim opazovanjem in spremljanjem celotnega delovnega procesa v podjetju je okvirno zasnovana naprava, ki omogoča gospodarnejše opravljanje dela. V nalogi je predstavljen problem prelaganja ograjnih panelov in vse nadaljnje tehnološke zahteve, ki se pojavijo pri reševanju problema prelaganja. Zahteve so polagoma nanizane in pojasnjene, hkrati pa so nakazane in razložene možne rešitve. S pomočjo celostnega pristopa k problemu in njegovo razčlenitvijo je sistematično opisano konstruiranje po meri izdelanega linearnega aktuatorja in prijemala za panel. Določene so tudi električne komponente za vgradnjo v linearni aktuator in prijemalo. Sledi zasnova in opis krmilja s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom in predstavitev testiranja delovanja naprave. Na koncu pa so predstavljene nadaljnje možne izboljšave izdelanega prototipa.

Title:Mechatronic manipulator for fence panels
Abstract:
This thesis contains an overview of the currently most commonly marketed fence system in the European region. Described is the composition of a general variant of this fence system as well as the structure of a fence mesh panel. Further on, each fabrication step is presented in the chain of production of a fence mesh. The idea of this thesis is based on a faster, more reliable and generally better manipulation with fence panels in the company Ograje Kočevar. With rigorous long lasting observation and production knowledge, a basic design for a mechatronic device which implements this idea is achieved. In this work, the problem of panel manipulation is presented and all of its correlated requests and restrictions. These restrictons are gradually explained and at the same time all probable solutions are argued. With all restrictions in mind, a custom linear actuators and panel grippers are constructed. Furthermore, all required electrical components to be built in the linear actuator and gripper are determined. The thesis describes a control program and the actual operation of the device. Further on, a word about safety is given, ending with all future improvement ideas of this device.
