Employment is one of the main factors of social inclusion. Disabled people have been and are still excluded from the labour market. A lot of people with disability, who are included in the Occupational and Day Care services (ODC's Services) could work in the normal workplace, but they not. One of the main reason is the low. For a long time disabled people did not have employment status. Only particiapation in ODC's workshops do not satisfy their work's needs. This has also been confirmed by users of ODC, who have been included in the study. To work in a normal working environment provides them with more satisfaction, knowledge, income, and have a positive impact on their personal development. However, they still need a support and help of employers and professional workers. The obstacles in the work of the users are not related to their physical (in)capabilities, but their work is also affected by their own personal problems. We need a new education programs for users of ODC, who can acquire more new skills and also for the employers and other people, who have a lack of knowledge of working with disabled people.
