Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava področje hladilno mazalnih sredstev. Hladilno mazalna sredstva imajo velik pomen pri procesih odrezavanja. Za zagotavljanje ustreznega obdelovanja morajo imeti hladilno mazalna sredstva svoje parametre znotraj predpisanih mej. Ker je v industriji še vedno veliko ročne kontrole in ročno zagotavljanje ustreznih vrednosti, želimo kontrolo in regulacijo parametrov čim bolj avtomatizirati. Zato zaključna naloga temelji na sistemih, ki nam to omogočajo. Na začetku zaključne naloge je pregled teoretičnih osnov hladilno mazalnih sredstev. V nadaljevanju pa se seznanimo tako s sistemi za avtomatski nadzor parametrov, kot tudi s sistemi, ki nam omogočajo avtomatsko vzdrževanje koncentracije. Na koncu pa je podrobneje predstavljen sistem, ki nam omogoča avtomatski nadzor in regulacijo koncentracije.

Title:The options of metalworking fluids automation
Abstract:
Final thesis is based on field of metalworking fluids. Metalworking fluids are important in cutting processes. In order to ensure proper cutting, parameters needs to be within the prescribed limits. There is still a lot of manual control and regulation of parameters in the industry, so we want to automate control and regulation of parameters as much as possible. Therefore, the final thesis in based on systems that allow it. At the beginning of the final thesis is an overview of metalworking fluids theory. In the following, we become acquainted with the systems for automatic parameter control, as well as systems that allow us automated regulation of concentration. Finally, a system that allows us to automatically control and regulate concentration is presented in more details.
