Viskoznost vodnih raztopin govejega serumskega albumina

V magistrskem delu sem preučeval iono-specifične vplive na viskoznost raztopin BSA glede na koncentracijo dodanega elektrolita (natrijevi halogenidi in alkalijski kloridi) in temperaturo merjenja (5-45 °C). Prav tako sem opazoval vpliv raztopin BSA z dodanim elektrolitom na pH.

Abstract

In this Master-Thesis I observed ionospecific effects on viscosity of BSA solutions, dependant on concentration of added electrolyte solutions (soduim halogenides and alkali chlorides) and temperature of measurement (5-45 °C). I also examined the effect of BSA solutions with added electrolyte solution on pH.
