Abstract
Področje tri dimenzionalnega tiskanja zajema različne tehnologije, ki se uspešno uporabljajo v industriji. Primerjali smo aditivne in odrezovalne tehnologije. Zaključna naloga obravnava aditivne tehnologije za polimere. Predstavljeni so osnovni procesi gradnje prototipov in izdelkov in natančno opisani postopki tiska. Zbrane so tudi karakteristike aditivnih tehnologij in z njimi povezane prednosti in slabosti.

Title:Additive tehnologies of polymers - overview and characteristics
Abstract:
The three-dimensional printing covers various technologies which are successfully used in the industry. We compared additive and cutting technologies. The thesis is focusing on different additive manufacturing technologies for polymers. Basic prototype and product construction processes are presented. We accurately described printing process. Relation between the additive manufacturing and process engineering are founded. The characteristics of additive technologies and their associated strengths and weaknesses are also identified.
