Abstract
V zaključni nalogi smo raziskali vpliv izpiranja reže in frekvence dviga elektrode pri potopni elektroeroziji na čas izdelave slepe luknje v kaljeni obdelovanec. Poiskali smo optimalno frekvenco dviga elektrode, ki omogoča najhitrejšo izdelavo slepe luknje pri izbranih parametrih obdelave. Pri frekvenci dviga z najkrajšim časom obdelave smo luknjo izmerili s 3D merilnim strojem in ugotovili, da izdelana luknja, kljub grobim parametrom obdelave, mersko ustreza zahtevanemu tolerančnemu območju, ki zagotavlja nadaljnjo izdelavo navoja M10-H7. Podali smo tudi predloge za nadaljnje delo, ki bi zagotovilo še krajši čas izdelave slepe luknje z elektroerozijskim postopkom.

Title:Influence of flushing on machining times in die sinking EDM
Abstract:
In this thesis we have discussed influence of gap flushing and electrode lifting frequency for machining time of tap hole in hardened material while using die sinking EDM . We searched for optimal lifting frequency of electrode, which enables shortest machining time of tap hole with chosen machining parameters. We measured hole made at that frequency with 3D measuring device and found out, that made hole suits our tolerance area, which enables further machining of thread M10-H7. At the end we made suggestions for further research, to make machining time of tap hole, with die sinking EDM, even shorter.
