Abstract
V okviru magistrske naloge smo razvili sistem oziroma način za določanje aksialne sile in momenta na pastorku zaganjalnika motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem v prvi fazi zagona motorja. Pri vklopu zaganjalnika se je namreč zaradi velike obrabe med pastorkom zaganjalnika in ozobljenim vencem vztrajnika motorja pojavila potreba po merjenju velikosti sil in momentov v trenutku, ko pastorek zadene vztrajnik motorja. Do želenih rezultatov smo prišli z razvojem preizkuševališča oz. merilne naprave za zaganjalnike. Z merilno napravo smo eksperimentalno merili aksialno silo in moment pastorka. Pridobljene rezultate na merilni napravi smo primerjali s karakteristiko stikal, pri katerih smo upoštevali vpliv mehanizma na prenos sile na pastorek. Za namen prototipne merilne naprave so kosi izdelani s pomočjo 3D printanja. Meritve precej dobro sovpadajo s karakteristiko stikala, bi pa s povečanjem togosti, kar se načrtuje za pravo napravo, natančnost meritve še povečali.

Title:Development of testing station for load measurement on the starter motor pinion gear at start-up
Abstract:
In this master's thesis, we developed a system (or method) for determining the axial force and momentum on the pinion of the starter motor on the internal combustion engine in the first stage of engine start-up. Cranking of starter motor is producing wear between the starter motor and the engines flywheel. For this reason, we want to be able, to measure the size of the force and moment, when the pinion of starter motor hits the engines flywheel. We obtained the desired results with the development of the test station (or measuring device) for starter motors. With the measuring device, we experimentally measured the axial force and moment of the stepper. Obtained results on the measuring device are compared with the characteristic of the switches, in which we took into account mechanism influence on the force transfer to the pinion. The measuring device must exhibit adequate stiffness, one must be sufficiently sensitive to detect the smallest force and moment, and minimize the impact of the measurements procedure.
