Ergonomska analiza delovnega mesta pri poklicu žerjavist

Diplomsko delo predstavlja delovno mesto in poklic žerjavista, prepoznava nepravilnosti na delovnem mestu in podaja praktične primere za izboljšanje delovnih pogojev in počutja delavca. Obravnavano je delovno mesto žerjavista na stolpnem gradbenem žerjavu v gradbenem podjetju in njegove delovne naloge. Za prepoznavanje nepravilnosti na delovnem mestu sem sledila ergonomskim načelom.

Abstract

This thesis examines the profession and workplace of a crane operator. It stresses the irregularities at the workplace and gives practical suggestions for the improvement of working conditions and for workers’ well-being. The thesis focuses on the tasks and workplace of a tower crane operator at a construction company. The irregularities at the workplace were identified based on ergonomic principles.
