Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo se ukvarjali s sintezo in karakterizacijo tripropargilamina in derivatov te spojine. Tripropargilamin smo pripravili z nukleofilno substitucijo amonijevega hidroksida s propargil bromidom pri povišani temperaturi. V nadaljevanju smo pripravili tri aromatske azide, ki smo jih v kombinaciji s predhodno pripravljenim tripropargilaminom uporabili za sintezo 1,4-disubstituiranih-1,2,3-triazolov. Za pripravo triazolov smo uporabili z bakrom katalizirano cikloadicijo, ki smo jo katalizirali s Cu(OAc)2·H2O. Pokazali smo, da je za tvorbo ariliranih 1,3,4-trisubstituiranih-1,2,3-triazolijevih soli iz molekule TBTA in njenih analogov primeren sintezni postopek z uporabo diariljodonijevih soli, kataliziran z brezvodnim CuSO4. Sinteza je bila uspešna tudi v primeru uporabe diariljodonijevih soli z elektrondonorskimi substituenti.

Abstract:
This thesis describes the synhtesis and characterization of tripropargylamine and its derivatives. Preparation of tripropargylamine was succesfuly achieved with nucleophilic substitution of ammonium hydroxide with propargyl bromide at the elevated temperature. Later we prepared 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles, using previously prepared tripropargylamine in combination with three aromatic azides, For preparation of triazoles we used copper-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition (CuAAC), which we catalyzed with Cu(OAc)2·H2O. Using diariliodonium salts and anhydrous CuSO4 as a catalyst, we successfuly prepared a series of arylated 1,3,4-trisubstituted-1,2,3-triazolium salts from TBTA molecule and its derivates. Procedure also proved successful in a case of using diariliodonium salts with electrondonor substituents.
