Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je raziskovanje sodelovanja svetovalnih delavk v vrtcu s starši otrok z odločbo o usmerjanju, zanima me tudi vloga svetovalne delavke v procesu usmerjanja otrok, kakšne metode pri svojem delu uporablja, zanima pa me tudi vloga staršev v postopku usmerjanja. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela predstavim temo staršev otrok z ovirami, otroke z ovirami in pomoč otrokom z ovirami. Potem opredelim svetovalno službo, svetovalni odnos in načela za opravljanje svetovalnega dela v vrtcu ter sodelovanje med starši in svetovalnimi delavci. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da svetovalne delavke sodelujejo s starši od začetka postopka usmerjanja, v vsem tem času je svetovalna delavka v podporo družini s svetovanjem. Svetovalna delavka prav tako ves čas postopka sodeluje z vzgojiteljico in ostalimi strokovnimi delavci v vrtcu. Svetovalna delavka povezuje vrtec tudi z zunanjimi institucijami.

Title:The Cooperation between Counsellors and Parents of Children with Special Needs in Kindergarten
Abstract:
The purpose of the Master’s degree is to research the cooperation between counsellors and parents of children with special needs in kindergarten, I am also interested in the counsellors’ role in the process of guiding the children, in the methods which they use, and in the parents’ role in the procedure. In the theoretical part of the master’s thesis, I present the parents of children with special needs, and children with special needs and how to help them. I then define counselling work, the counselling relationship and principles for performing counselling work in kindergartens, and the cooperation between parents and counsellors. The results of the research showed that counsellors cooperate with parents from the beginning. During the guiding the counsellor supports the family with counselling. During the procedure the counsellor also cooperates with the pedagogue and other professional workers in the kindergarten. The counsellor also connects the kindergarten with other institutions.
