The purpose of this diploma is developing a mobile application for managing
small work groups, which will be designed as a mobile view of an already
existing web application. The application is available for Android and iOS
devices. The application allows the user to easily analyse the occupancy of
employees. It provides an overview of work on individual projects and project
occupation of individuals. The main purpose of the mobile application is the
easy entry of work report data for users, which can be time consuming in a
web application. In the diploma I compare available technology groups for
developing mobile applications. For my application I use just in time compiled application technology. I use and describe NativeScript development
tool. Then I describe the process of developing my application and findings
about user experience.
