Kakovost delovnega življenja in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na Centru za socialno delo Kočevje

Abstract
Danes ljudje prebijejo veliko svojega časa v delovnem okolju, zato je pomembno, kako ga preživijo in kako to vpliva na njihovo vsakdanje življenje. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem v prvem delu predstavila teorije o kakovosti delovnega življenja in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, v drugem delu pa so predstavljeni dobljeni rezultati anketnega vprašalnika in intervjujev, izvedeni na Centru za socialno delo Kočevje. Rezultati so pokazali, da je kakovost delovnega življenja dobra (povprečna ocena 3,6). Najboljše ocenjen element je razpored delovnega časa s povprečno oceno 4,4, najslabše pa je element nagrajevanje s povprečno oceno 2,4. Sodeč po dolžini delovne dobe so rezultati pokazali, da so zaposleni z daljšo delovno dobo ocenili elemente z večjo vrednostjo 3,7 kot pa zaposleni s krajšo delovno dobo, ki imajo povprečno oceno 3,5. Sodeč po starosti pa je iz rezultatov razvidno, da imajo mlajši zaposleni povprečno oceno 3,3, starejši pa 3,7. Vodstvo Centra za socialno delo Kočevje bo dobilo povratno informacijo o tem, kateri elementi so zadovoljivi, kako so izpolnjena pričakovanja zaposlenih in kje se mogoče pojavi potreba po spremembi. Izvedba sprememb bi pripomogla k boljšemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in s tem k povečani uspešnosti organizacije.

Title:Quality of working life and employee satisfaction at the Center for Social Work Kočevje
Abstract:
Today, people spend a lot of their time in their work environments, so how they spend it and how it affects their everyday lives is important. The first part of my thesis presents the theories on the quality of working life and employee satisfaction, while the second part presents the results of the questionnaire and interviews carried out at the Social Work Centre Kočevje. The results show that the quality of working life is good (an average score of 3.6). The best-rated element is the schedule of working time, which has produced an average score of 4.4, and the worst-rated is the award element with an average score of 2.4. With regard to the length of service, the results showed that employees with a longer length of service rated items with a greater average score (3.7) than employees with a shorter length of service (3.5). In terms of age, the results indicate an average score of 3.3 in young employees and 3.7 in older employees. The management of the Social Work Centre Kočevje will receive feedback on which elements are satisfactory, to what extent the expectations of employees are being met, and where there might be a need for change. The implementation of changes will help improve employee satisfaction and thereby increase the organisation's performance.
