Abstract
Glavni problem obravnavane naloge je odstranitev dolivkov s plastičnih elementov takoj za procesom brizganja. Dolivkov v nadaljnjih postopkih obdelave ne potrebujemo in gredo v ponovno predelavo. Izdelali smo tri koncepte rezilne postaje in pri vsakemu določili pozitivne in negativne lastnosti. Na podlagi pregleda smo izbrali najprimernejšega, na katerem je kasneje potekalo detajliranje. Po izdelavi prototipa in izvedbi eksperimenta smo rezultate razdelili na pozitivne in negativne. Razvili smo smiselne rešitve. Glavni problem so predstavljali prijemi dolivkov, saj je bila od njih odvisna kvaliteta odreza.

Title:
Development of cutting station of sprues for plastic elements
Abstract:
The diploma deals with the the removal of sprues from plastic elements. Cutting takes place right after the polymer injection process. The sprues are not needed in the upcoming processes, therefore they need to be removed and put into material recycle. After developing three concepts of a cutting station and selecting the most appropriate one, the winning solution was detailed to the level of technical drawings. After building the prototype an performing the experimental run the results were divided them into two groups, positive and negative. The latter served as a starting point for new solution concepts. The main prtoblem presented the backrests of sprues, because if they were out of place, the cut was not acceptable.
