Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava optimizacijo sistema vstavljanja medeninastih puš v gnezdo orodja in pobiranje končnega izdelka iz orodja. Pogledali smo si tri delovne principe vstavljanja puš in dva delovna principa pobiranja izdelka. Izdelali smo tri koncepte prijemal, ki so vsebovali različne principe. Določili smo njihove prednosti in slabosti ter izbrali najprimernejšo rešitev. Izbranemu konceptu smo dodelali podrobnosti. Naredili smo preizkus vstavljanja puš in pobiranja izdelka. Po preizkusih smo ugotovili, da prijemalo opravlja svojo funkcijo in predvideli vse možne obremenitve.

Title:
Automated gripper for inserting bushings
Abstract:
The Diploma deals with automatization system for inserting brass bushings into the tool socket and to pick up the finished product from the tool. We looked at three working principles of inserting bushings and two working principles of product picking. We designed three gripper concepts that contained the principles, determined their strengths and weaknesses, and selected the most appropriate solution. We have assigned details to the selected concept. Made a test of inserting bushings and picking up the product. After testing, we found that the gripper performs its function and we anticipated all possible loads.
