Merjenje karakteristike aksialne zobniške črpalke

Dovod olja predstavlja največji delež izgub v avtomatskih menjalnikih. Z uporabo električne črpalke lahko zmanjšamo porabo energije in s tem povečamo učinkovitost delovanja. V okviru zaključne naloge bomo s pomočjo namenskega testnega mesta izmerili karakteristiko take črpalke in določili njeno zmogljivost ter učinkovitost. Izkaže se, da ima črpalka visok volumetrični izkoristek v večjem območju merjenja, skupni izkoristek pa je zadovoljiv le pri višjih tlakih.

• Title: Axial gear pump characteristics measurement

Abstract

Major part of energy losses in automatic transmissions represents oil delivery. Energy loss reduction and higher efficiency can be achieved by using an electric pump. In this thesis we will measure said pump's characteristic by using specifically designed test bench and determine its performance and effectiveness. Pump achieves high volumetric efficiencies over a wider measuring range, meanwhile total pump efficiency is satisfactory only at higher pressures.
