Abstract
Diplomsko delo prikazuje razvoj izrivanja medijev z ledeno brozgo in njene priprave. Sistemi se na trgu že pojavljajo vendar se uporabljajo predvsem za namene hlajenja. Z ledeno brozgo učinkovito izrinemo medij in očistimo cevi. S tem zmanjšamo porabo vode, uporabo čistil pri CIP sistemih in zavrženost produkta v ceveh. Pripomoremo tudi k manjšemu onesnaževanju okolja in povečamo donosnost proizvodnje. Prikazani so postopki priprave ledene brozge in zasnova testne proge, meritve viskoznosti produktov, izrivi produktov z ledeno brozgo, meritve padcev tlaka ter na koncu rezultati meritev.

Title:Pushing out and cleaning of food process lines with ice slurry
Abstract:
These thesis presents the development of pushing out medias with ice slurry and its preparation. Ice slurry sistems are nowadays used in industry, but mainly for cooling purposes. With ice slurry we can efficiently push out media and clean up tube. In addition, we save on water, throwing away product and reducing the use of CIP cleaners. Also we contribute to reduce pollution of the environment and increase the profitability of production. The procedures for the preparation of ice slurry and design of the test track, measurement of the viscosity of products, push outs of products with ice slurry, measurement of pressure drops and results of measurements are presented in this thesis.
