Abstract
Pri izračunih zdržljivosti valjastih zobnikov pogosto naletimo na problem, saj je nabor natančno okarakteriziranih gradiv zelo omejen. To še posebej velja za polimerne materiale in neželezne kovine. Zato se skupaj z razvojem novih kovinskih in polimernih gradiv pojavlja tudi potreba po določevanju njihovih zdržljivostnih parametrov. Meritve se izvajajo na ustreznih preskuševališčih, ki omogočajo spremljanje in poljubno nastavljanje vplivnih parametrov. V magistrski nalogi smo opravili pregled aktualnih standardov in priporočil s področja testiranja polimernih in kovinskih zobnikov. Preučili smo tudi obstoječe izvedbe preskuševališč. V nadaljevanju smo na podlagi zahtevnika izdelali primerne koncepte preskuševališča, kateri so bili vrednoteni s tehničnega in ekonomskega vidika. Za zmagovalni koncept je bila določena minimalna potrebna pogonska moč. Predstavljen je tudi celoten konstrukcijski postopek preskuševališča za zagotavljanje željenih obratovalnih parametrov. Ustreznost izdelane rešitve smo preverili s trdnostno analizo vitalnih delov. Za izdelano preskuševališče je opravljena tudi stroškovna analiza.

Title:
Development of a gear testing machine with an open power transmission
Abstract:
During the calculation of the load-bearing capacity of cylindrical gear, we can face a problem due to a small number of thoroughly tested materials. This is especially true with polymers and non-ferrous metals. Therefore, with the development of new polymer and metal materials for gears, there is a need to determine their durability. The measurements are carried out on specialized testing machines that monitor and control all the influential parameters. In this master thesis, we reviewed the actual standards and guidelines from the field of gear testing. Besides, we examined some of the existing gear testing machines. According to the requirements, we made suitable concepts and evaluated them from the technical and economic point of view. For the winning concept, minimum drive power was determined. Furthermore, the whole design process of the testing machine is presented to provide the desired operating parameters. We checked the suitability of the given solution with stress analysis of all vital parts and assemblies. A cost analysis has also been carried out for the designed test rig.
