All modern companies are presented with a large number of documents in digital form. For each piece of equipment, there exist numerous different supporting documents. Due to the large amount of equipment, documentation management can become opaque despite careful bookkeeping. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a digital database and an automated system for easier and faster viewing and managing of files. With this goal in mind as a part of my thesis, I developed a dedicated program called IdentMaster. With it, through the graphical interphase, we make it easier for the user to create and control the document database, while also enabling him to easily manipulate the documents. This relieves the employees of their work, reduces the possibility of user error and speeds up the whole process.
