In the paper, I present a human resources employment process of hiring a candidate for a manufacturing position in a selected company. I discovered some problems in the human resources department that the employees and the job candidate have to deal with. The greatest problems are time, paperwork and the manual process of entering the same data in different systems.
The purpose of the paper is to describe and analyse the renewed human resources employment process for a manufacturing position as well as to demonstrate and present solutions for an existing employment process using software tools. Furthermore, the goal of the paper is to reduce the workload of the professional worker in the human resources department by introducing procedural improvements in the e-education as well as with an electronic form, uniform computer system and a company’s personal doctor.
By implementing the solutions in the renewed process, the entire process time is reduced by several days. The human resources workers are able to perform their work more efficiently and the introduction of the e-education and a doctor speed up the employment process. The proposed solutions would make the process quicker and more ecological.
