Prenova postopka načrtovanja vezi energetskih transformatorjev

Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan prenovljen postopek konstruiranja vezi. Zaradi slabe avtomatizacije, dolgotrajnega konstruiranja ter napačne izgradnje računalniškega modela, smo se odločili za prenovo postopkov konstruiranja vezi v energetskih transformatorjih. Pojem vezi predstavlja sklop vodnikov preseka od 35 mm2 do 300 mm2, ki služijo povezovanju navitij s skoznjiki in regulacijskim stikalom, ter prevezavo, če je slednja potrebna glede na zahteve kupca. Proučili smo dva potencialno možna načina izgradnje lesenih elementov, ter se na podlagi hipotez, ki so predstavljene v diplomskem delu, odločili za primernejšega in učinkovitejšega. V tridimenzionalnem modelirnemu programskem paketu Creo smo elemente načrtovali ter izdelali osnovne sestave predlog za hitrejšo izgradnjo lesene konstrukcije za vpenjanje vezi. Potrdili smo vpliv uporabe ''transformerboard'' plošč v transformatorju, ki služijo za zagotavljanje prebojne trdnosti pri razdaljah, manjših od predpisane varnostne razdalje do ozemljenih delov. Opravili smo analizo učinkovitosti prenovljenega postopka konstruiranja vezi v proizvodnem obratu, s časovnimi okvirji, ter oceno doprinosa podjetju.

Title:Redesign of cable connections procedure in power transformers
Abstract:
In the thesis new procedures of designing of cable connections, so called leads, inside transformer are described. Cables with cross section between 35 mm2 and 300 mm2 connect the windings with the bushings and tap changer or voltage reconnection plate, if present. In order to improve the automization of 3D models and speed up the design and production process, it was decided to renew the design principle. Between two types od wooden support system, the more suitable was selected. With the use of Creo program package, the standard type of wood support elements and templates for fastening assemmbly of those elements were modeled. The impact of pressboard barriers in the transformator were analyzed as well. Pressboard barriers are used to improve the dielectric strength of oil-barrier insulation system and therefore enable the reduction of insulation distances. In the production line, the effectiveness of new design principle and corresponding time savings were analysed.
