The success of the company is one of the main factors of business, whose key elements, at individual and organisational levels are the quality of management, organisational climate and communication. Continuous competitive pressures, fluctuations in business results and uncertainty in employment can affect relationships between employees. In cases of deterioration, employees can reversibly influence the aforementioned concepts. Can you imagine the quality of the decisions which can be made due to poor communication or a bad organisational climate? Or the effects of poor management on the organisational climate and the channels through which information are being transmitted? The theoretical part of my diploma includes detailed presentations of the title terms, communication, organisational climate and management, which will be used in the empirical part of the assignment. Data used in the empirical part was gathered in 2017. Employees of the Company X filled out SiOK's questionnaire on organisational climate and satisfaction. The interpretations of the results were commented by the representative of the human resource management department of the upper company as part of the interview.
