Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava gradnjo strižnega stroja za rezanje žice; ta naj bi nadomestil klasična stružna stroja, ki več ne dosegata zadovoljivih kapacitet, hkrati pa povzročata veliko izmeta. V delu so predstavljeni postopek gradnje stroja, dimenzije posameznih delov in izboljšave na podlagi obstoječih odsluženih strojev. Predvideli smo, da bo novi stroj naredil brezhiben polizdelek v največ petih sekundah. Na prvih testiranjih je uspešno izpolnil vsa pričakovanja. Rezultati in ugotovitve so prikazani računsko, z različnimi shemami in s slikovnim gradivom.

Title:Automatic cutting machine for wire
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on a construction of a shearing machine for cutting wire; this will replace the classical turning machines which no longer achieve satisfactory capacities, at the same time producing a lot of waste. This paper describes the process of machine construction, dimensioning of individual parts and improvements on the basis of temporary used machines. It is assumed that the new shearing machine with such a design will make a flawless semi-finished product in a maximum of five seconds. In the first tests, the new machine successfully met all the expectations. The results of the completed machine are shown in a calculation, with different schemes and image material.
