Izvleček
Slovenija je poznana po izjemnih naravnih lepotah, kamor se uvrščajo tudi številni slapovi. Slap Peričnik je zaradi svoje edinstvenosti, dostopnosti za opravljanje meritev in poznane zgodovine izmere predstavljal navdih ter izziv za izvedbo geodetskih del. V okviru magistrske naloge je zastavljen cilj predstavljala izmera višine spodnjega in zgornjega slapa Peričnik in njuna umestitev v državni geodetski koordinatni sistem. S tem je bilo nadaljevano delo Jakoba Aljaža, ki je meritve slapa opravil pred več kot sto leti. Za izpolnitev cilja je bilo potrebno vzpostaviti geodetsko mrežo, sestavljeno iz osmih točk. Meritve mreže so bile opravljene v okviru dvodnevne izmere. Izmera na točkah mreže je bila izvedena s klasično terestrično metodo izmere in metodo izmere GNSS. Kombinacija obeh metod omogoča prehod iz lokalnega v državni geodetski koordinatni sistem. Dobljena opazovanja so bila ustrezno obdelana in izravnana po metodi najmanjših kvadratov. Na podlagi izravnave so bile ocenjene izravnane horizontalne koordinate in višine točk mreže ter njihove pripadajoče natančnosti. Dobljeni rezultati so ovrednoteni in prikazani v tabelarični in grafični obliki. Poleg opisa vseh del na geodetski mreži, so v magistrski nalogi predstavljeni tudi načini določitve višine slapa – opravljene metode in metode, ki so se uporabljale v preteklosti.

Slovenia is renowned for its exceptional natural beauties and numerous waterfalls are a part of them too. Peričnik waterfall has always presented an inspiration and a challenge for the performance of geodetic works because of its uniqueness, accessibility for the performance of measurements, and its known history of measurements. Within the framework of the master’s thesis, the set goal was the measurement of the height of the lower and the upper Peričnik waterfall and their entrance in the national geodetic coordinate system. Thus, the work of Jakob Aljaž was continued. He performed the measurement of the waterfall more than one hundred years ago. In order to perform the goal, a geodetic network had to be established. It consisted of eight points. The measurements of the network were performed within the framework of two-day measurement. The measurement at the points of the network was performed by the classic terrestrial method of measurement and the GNSS method of measurement. The combination of both methods enables the transition from the local to the national geodetic coordinate system. The acquired observations were appropriately processed and equalized according to the least squares method. On the basis of the equalization, the equalized horizontal coordinates and the heights of points of the network and their corresponding accuracies were evaluated. The acquired results were evaluated and presented in the tabular and the graphic form. In addition to the description of all the works on the geodetic network, the methods of determining the height of the waterfall (the performed methods and the methods which were used in the past) are presented in the master’s thesis too.
