Abstract
Motivacija pokreće zaposlene u lokalnim samoupravama da rade najefektivnije što mogu, da pruže maksimum svojih mogučnosti, znanja, sposobnosti i iskustava na putu ka ostvarenju optih ciljeva za dobrobit lokalne zajednice. Motivacija podstiče zaposlene da sa lakoćom prihvate promene, uvođenje novih sistema, inovacija i da kao deo tima rade na unapređenju lokalne zajedinice.

Title:Influence of national cultures on the employee motivation in selfgovernment administration
Abstract:
Motivation is what drives employees in local governments to work as efficiently as they can, to give the maximum of their capabilities, knowledge, skills and experience in order to produce greater benefit for the local community. Motivation encourages employees to easily accept changes as well the introduction of new systems and innovations and empowers them to work as part of the team on improving the local community.
