Abstract
Met sodi med najbolj pomembne in kompleksne tehnične prvine košarkarske igre, hkrati pa je zelo težaven in delikaten z vidika poučevanja. Dosežen koš otrokom predstavlja glavni cilj in jim je prvo merilo uspešnosti. Pri poučevanju meta z najmlajšimi mora vaditelj dobro poznati metodični postopek, razvojne značilnosti otrok in tehnične zakonitosti meta. Vadba meta je zelo pomemben del vadbe na vseh nivojih košarkarske igre, od začetnikov pa do igralcev v članskih kategorijah. Zato je pomembno, da osnovne značilnosti pravilnega meta predstavimo in postopoma poučujemo že od malih nog, saj si s tem olajšamo delo v kasnejši fazi razvoja. Namen magistrske naloge je bil oblikovati metodični postopek in sklope prilagojenih tehničnih vaj za starostno kategorijo U9 in U11, s katerimi vplivamo na razvoj najpomembnejšega košarkarskega elementa – košarkarski met. Prikazati smo želeli posebnosti in kompleksnost razvoja meta pri najmlajših. V razpravi smo se osredotočili, na kakšen način met na koš predstaviti najmlajšim košarkarjem. Opisani metodični postopek učenja meta na koš je prilagojen otrokom, starim med 7 in 10 let. Ker so otroci v tem starostnem obdobju na različnih razvojnih stopnjah, se začne metodični postopek s čistimi osnovami in nadaljuje do zahtevnejših korakov pri učenju meta. Poudarek je na prilagojenih pripomočkih ter na pomembnosti vključevanja vaditelja v razvoju meta mladega košarkarja. Ker smo ugotovili, da je poučevanje meta pri najmlajših preko igre učinkovit in zanesljiv pristop, smo v razpravi oblikovali sklop vaj, ki temeljijo na tekmovanju in čim večjem številu ponovitev. Otrok je postavljen v igralno oz. tekmovalno situacijo, v kateri mora znati odreagirati hitro, iznajdljivo, natančno in odločno. Predstavljeno je, pri katerih letih in na kakšen način je potrebno resneje začeti poučevati met na koš. Menimo, da pravilno naučene osnove meta na samem začetku košarkarske poti, pomenijo dobre smernice in navade za prihodnost.

Title:Methodology of shot-teaching by the youngest basketball players
Abstract:
Shot is one of the most important and most complex technical elements of basketball play and at the same time it is very difficult and delicate from the perspective of teaching. To score a basket presents children the main goal and is also the first standard of successfulness. When coach teaches very young basketball players how to shot, he must know methodical procedure, developmental characteristics of children and technical laws of the shot very well. Practice of shooting is an incredibly important part of training on all levels of basketball play – from beginners to senior players. That is why it is significant that basic characteristics of correct shot are introduced and step by step thought to very young children, because it means fewer work and effort for coaches in the next phases of development. Purpose of the master`s degree was to compose a methodical procedure and complexes of adjusted technical exercises for age group from 9 to 11 years. Development of the most important basketball element – basketball shot – is being influenced with those exercises. We wanted to introduce features and complexity of development of shot by very young players. Within the discussion we focused on the best way, how to introduce the shot to the youngest basketball players. Described methodical procedure of teaching the shot is adjusted to children, aged between 7 and 10 years. Because those children do not go through the same developmental stages simultaneously, the methodical procedure begins with basics and continues with more complex steps of shot-teaching. Stress is on adjusted accessories as well as on the importance of integrating a coach into development of shot by young player. While teaching the shot through play by the youngest proved effective, the discussion includes a complex of exercises, which are based on competition and as many repetitions as possible. Child confronts with competitive situations, in which it should react quickly, resourcefully, thoroughly and decisively. In the work it is explained, when and how basketball shot should be presented to children. Our opinion is that well thought basics at the beginning of basketball career mean good guidelines for the future.
