Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je obravnavano področje upravljanja prometnega povpraševanja, ki se vse bolj uveljavlja kot ključno orodje za povečanje učinkovitosti prometnega sistema. Predstavljeni so strateški pristopi, ki se uporabljajo pri upravljanju prometnega povpraševanja in pripadajoči ukrepi, s katerimi vplivamo na spremembe potovalnih navad potnikov. Mednje spada tudi uveljavitev novih sistemov mobilnosti. Podrobno je obravnavan najsodobnejši sistem na tem področju »Mobilnost kot storitev«, splošno poznan pod imenom angleškim imenom »Mobility as a Service« ali s kratico MaaS. Predstavljene so bistvene značilnosti sistema MaaS in dejavnosti, ki so najbolj spodbudile njegov razvoj. Kot podlaga za implementacijo sistema MaaS je podrobno predstavljena organizacijska shema sistema, v kateri so opredeljene vloge in odgovornosti deležnikov. Na podlagi pregleda strokovne literature je prikazana delitev sistema MaaS na različne stopnje razvoja, ki je utemeljena s predstavitvijo sistemov, ki so že uveljavljeni po svetu. Največja pozornost je namenjena sistemu deljenih taksi storitev, ki se uveljavlja kot najpomembnejša alternativa obstoječemu sistemu javnega potniškega prometa. Predstavljeni so pristopi za analizo delovanja tovrstnih sistemov. Prikazan je proces makroskopskega prometnega modeliranja in optimizacije flote taksijev. Na podlagi izbranih scenarijev so izvedeni modelski izračuni in optimizacija ter analiza delovanja sistema deljenih taksi storitev za območje Ljubljane.

Title:Mobility as a Service : master thesis
Abstract:
The master thesis presents the field of travel demand management, which is becoming a key instrument for increasing the efficiency of the transport system. Strategic approaches of travel demand management, as well as measures to influence the changes in passenger travel behaviour, are presented. Furthermore, the introduction of new mobility systems is included. The novel system in this field, named Mobility as a Service, also known as MaaS, is discussed in detail. The main characteristics of the MaaS system and the activities, that have stimulated its expansion the most, are presented. In order to set the implementation basis of the MaaS system, the organisational scheme of the system is presented in detail, defining the roles and responsibilities of involved stakeholders. Based on the literature review, the different Maas system stages, which are affirmed by the introduction of systems that has already been implemented around the world, are defined. The most attention is paid to the system of on-demand shared taxi services, which has shown itself to be the most important alternative to the existing public passenger transport system. In addition to presented theoretical facts, the approaches to system analysis are presented. The process of macroscopic transport modelling and optimization of the taxi fleet is performed. Based on the selected scenarios, a model calculations and a detailed analysis of the on-demand shared taxi service system operation has been carried out for the area of Ljubljana.
