Abstract
Za raziskave smo izbrali 8 kozolcev in 1 vinski hram; zanje zbrali podatke, opisali konstrukcijske značilnosti, določili uporabljene drevesne vrste in opravili dendrokronološke raziskave. Datirali smo vseh 9 objektov in s tem določili datume njihovega nastanka ali obnove. Pekoljev vinski hram smo ob upoštevanju manjkajočih branik datirali v 2 obdobji in sicer 1. fazo gradnje v prvo polovico 18. stoletja in 2. fazo gradnje v zadnjo četrtino 18. stoletja. Nosilni konstrukcijski elementi objektov so predvsem hrastovi (Quercus sp.), kostanjevi (Castanea sativa) in bukovi (Fagus sylvatica). Predstavili smo pomen zadnje branike pod skorjo, števila branik beljave ter razlike med dendrokronološkim datumom in datumom postavitve objekta.

Title:Dendrochronological investigations of buildings from Dolenjska, Slovenia : graduation thesis (higher professional studies)
Abstract:
Wooden structures from Dolenjska region (Slovenia), important from the perspective of architectural heritage, were examined. 8 hay-racks and 1 wine cellar were selected for the research purposes. Data on all the cosen objects were gathered, construction characteristics described, wood species identified, and dendrochronological investigations performed. The time of construction or renovation of all 9 objects was determined. Ocvirkov`s hay-rack in Mirna got at least 2 new pillars at the time of its relocation to the present position, after 1923 a great part of it was also renovated. The Kamnar`s double hay-rack in Ravnik at Šentrupert was dated to 1812. The Hočevar`s hay-rack has at least some wood from 19th century. The Hočevar`s hay-rack 2 was dated to 1870. The analyses of 3 hay-racks in Mihovica show the following results: Vide`s double hay-rack was built in 1889, Divjak`s double hay-rack was built or renovated in 1946, but also has some wood from the end of 18th century. Krhlin`s double hay-rack contains at least some wood from the second half of the 19th century. Taking in account the missing outer annual rings, the first phase of construction of Pekolj`s wine cellar was dated to the first half of 18th century and dthe second one to the last quarter of 18th century. All construction elements are mainly made of oak (Quercus sp.), chesnut (Castanea sativa) and beech wood (Fagus sylvatica). The signifance of the last annual ring below bark, the number of the annual rings in sapwood, and the differences between the dendrochronological date and the date of the object construction were also presented.
