Socialno delo in šolsko svetovalno delo na osnovnih šolah v Zgornji Savinjski dolini

V prvem delu magistrske naloge sem predstavila teorijo s področja šolske svetovalne službe. Pogledala sem, kakšna je vloga šolske svetovalne službe in katera načela morajo svetovalni delavci upoštevati pri svojem delu. Predstavila sem tudi vse dejavnosti šolske svetovalne službe, teorijo s področij dela šolske svetovalne službe in se dotaknila teme funkcij, ki jih ima šolska svetovalna služba. Seveda nisem mogla mimo zakonodaje, saj je je pri delu v šoli treba poznati kar nekaj, šolski svetovalni delavci morajo namreč vedeti, na katere zakone in predpise se lahko pri delu opirajo. Ker me je v raziskovalnem delu magistrske naloge zanimalo tudi, kateri so poklicni profili strokovnih delavcev zaposlenih v šolski svetovalni službi, sem v teoretičnem delu na kratko predstavila tudi vse poklicne profile, ki so lahko zaposleni na tem področju. Zdi se mi, da je za uspešno delo šolskih svetovalnih delavcev pomembno tudi, da so za kvalitetno opravljanje dela izpolnjeni določeni pogoji, zato sem se dotaknila tudi te teme. V raziskovalnem delu magistrske naloge sem se osredotočila na to, kako je z zaposljivostjo socialnih delavcev v šolski svetovalni službi in kakšen bi lahko bil doprinos socialnega delavca v šolsko svetovalno službo, saj sem želela ugotoviti, kakšne možnosti imamo socialni delavci glede zaposljivosti na tem področju dela in kako bi lahko našo zaposljivost še izboljšali. Šolski svetovalni delavci pri svojem delu naletijo tudi na nekatere ovire, težave, zato sem v teoretičnem delu predstavila tudi teorijo s tega področja, v raziskovalnem delu pa sem raziskovala tudi, kako je s supervizijo ali intervizijo pri šolskih svetovalnih delavcih, se ju poslužujejo, imajo sploh možnost za to ali ne.

Abstract

The first part of my graduation thesis is about school counselling work. I looked at the role of the school counselling work and principles, which they should take into the account of their work. I also presented all the activities of the school counselling work, the theory about field of work, and also I touched the theme of functions of the school counseling work. I could not pass the legislation, because it is necessary for school counseling workers that they know something about laws, which are connected to school work, so they know on which laws they lean on. I was also interested in the research work of the master’s thesis, which are the professional profiles of professional staff employed in the school counseling work. I also talked about the professional profiles that can be employed at this workplace. Because I think that for the successful work of school counselor is also important that some of conditions are completed, I touched this topic too. In the research part of my master’s thesis, I focused on employability of social worker in the school counseling work. What could be the social worker’s contribution to the school counseling work, and I also wanted to find out what options social workers have in terms of employability in this field of work and how can our employability be improved here. I also presented the theory of obstacles and problems on which school counseling workers may encounter. In the investigation part I researched about intervision and supervision. If they have it or not and if they even have the option of doing it or not.
