Abstract
Na željo nizkocenovne letalske družbe je bila v podjetju za vzdrževanje letal izvedena modifikacija serije 16 letal s preureditvijo potniške kabine. Glavni doprinos naloge je optimizacija delovnega procesa modifikacije. Prvotno je bilo načrtovanih 21 delovnih dni za eno letalo, oziroma 336 dni za celotno serijo letal. Z optimizacijo izvedbe v dveh korakih smo uspeli skrajšati čas izvedbe na 12 dni za letalo in s tem modificirati celotno serijo letal v 209 dneh. V prvem koraku optimizacije smo uvedli postopek s predhodno pripravo podsklopov strukturalnega dela modifikacije in s tem skrajšali čas prizemljitve vsakega letala za 7 dni. Drugi korak optimizacije je zajemal zasnovo in izdelavo obdelovalnih šablon, s čimer smo skrajšali čas prizemljitve še za 2 dodatna dneva. Optimiziran proces izdelave omogoča hitrejšo vrnitev letala v uporabo, kar predstavlja pozitiven ekonomičen doprinos za letalskega prevoznika in za vzdrževalno organizacijo.

Title:Rearrange the passenger fuselage of the Airbus 320
Abstract:
Based on request of a low cost airline, modification with cabin reconfiguration of 16 aircraft was performed in maintenance organisation. The main contribution was optimisation of modification process. Initially, 21 working days were predicted for each aircraft or 336 days for whole series. With process optimisation in two steps we managed to reduce groundtime to 12 days per aircraft or 209 days for the whole series. In first optimisation step, prefabrication of components was implemented and with this groundime was reduced by 7 days per aircraft. Second optimisation step includes design and manufacturing of templates, which reduced total groundtime of each aircraft by additional 2 days. With use of optimised process aircraft can be returned to revenue service sooner, which presents positive economical contribution to the airline and the maintenance center.
