Snovanje polkrožnega transporterja

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno snovanje polkrožnega transporterja odrezkov, namenjenega in prilagojenega za vertikalno stružnico KOLOMNA 1563. V pregledu dela so opisane vrste transporterjev ter podrobneje stanje obstoječega polkrožnega transporterja odrezkov in njegove pomanjkljivosti, na podlagi katerih je nastal zahtevnik in zasnova koncepta. Na osnovi koncepta je opravljeno dimenzioniranje, ki temelji na geometriji obdelovalne mize vertikalne stružnice. Predstavljeni so pomembnejši koraki izdelave 3D geometrijskega modela polkrožnega transporterja, na podlagi katerega je bila izdelana tehnična dokumentacija. Rezultati diplomskega dela so bili uporabljeni za fizično izdelavo polkrožnega transporterja odrezkov.

• Title: Design of a semi-circular conveyor

Abstract

The diploma thesis presents the design of a semi-circular chip conveyor, designed and adapted for the vertical lathe KOLOMNA 1563. The review of the work describes the types of conveyors and details the existing semi-circular conveyor of chips and its defects, on the basis of which the claimant and the design of the concept emerged. Based on the concept, dimensioning was performed, which is based on the geometry of the machining table of the vertical lathe. The important steps in the production of the 3D geometric model of a semicircular conveyor are presented. On the basis of the 3D geometric model, the technical documentation was prepared. The results of the diploma work were used for the physical production of a semi-circular transporter of chips.
