Abstract
Zaključna naloga opisuje aplikacijo strojnega poliranja z abrazivom na oblikovna jedra orodij za brizganje pokrovčkov. Razlog za aplikacijo je bila velika količina podobnih orodij, ki jih izdelujemo več let. Optimizacija tako zamudnega procesa, kot je poliranje, bi pomenilo velike prihranke pri izdelavi. Problem je nastal pri neenakomerno polirani površini, ki je posledica spreminjanja reže pri postopku poliranja. Z natančnejšo pripravo pa lahko dosežemo zadovoljive rezultate.

Title:Aplication of abrasive fluid machining
Abstract:
Seminar paper describes application of AFM on tool core to craft closures for tubes. Reason for application was continuos production of similar tools over the years. Therefore, optimisation of time consuming polishing would mean big savings. Problem appeared at uneven polished surfaces, that were consequence of changing polishing slot between appliance and tool core. With more precise machining of appliance we can achieve satisfactory results.
