Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan princip izdelave baterijsko napajanega električnega pogonskega sistema za moped oziroma kakršno koli električno vozilo v rangu moči 9-18 kW. V uvodu je predstavljena zgodovina tovrstnih pogonov in primerjava teh s sistemi z notranjim zgorevanjem. Omenjena je tudi dostopnost že izdelanih sistemov in problematika predelave pri izbiri posameznih komponent ter njihovi sestavi. V drugem poglavju so predstavljene potrebne komponente za izdelavo tovrstnega pogona, kot so: baterija, močnostni pretvornik in pogonski elektromotor. V nadaljevanju izračunamo potrebno moč in energijo, ki jo moped potrebuje za doseganje želenih karakteristik. Nato so predstavljene komponente, ki smo jih izbrali za uporabljen električni pogonski sistem. Nekaj komponent je kupljenih, nekaj pa smo jih izdelali sami. V zaključnem poglavju je predstavljen končni izdelek, ki še ni nameščen na moped. Opisana je sestava vseh komponent skupaj in nato nastavitve, ki so potrebne, da celoten sistem komponent deluje varno in zanesljivo. Prikazani so tudi rezultati, pridobljeni z meritvami električnega pogonskega sistema.

Title:Battery supplied low-power electrical drive
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis the principle of making a battery powered electric powertrain for a moped or any other electric vehicle with power range from 9 to 18 kW is described. In introduction the history of powertrain of this kind and its comparison to the internal combustion powertrains are presented. The accessibility of electric powertrains already made, the problems of powertrain conversion when choosing particular components and their assembly are also mentioned. In the second chapter the components that are needed for the making of such powertrain: battery, power converter and motive electric motor are presented. In the following chapters we calculated the power and energy needed for a moped to reach desired charachteristics. Then we presented components that were chosen for the used electric powertrain. Some components are bought and some are self-made. In the last chapter we presented the final product, which is not yet set on a moped. The assembly of all components and settings needed for the whole system to work safely and reliably are described. The results, which were gained with measurments of a electric powertrain, are shown.
