Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava način optimizacije proizvodnega procesa s ciljem izboljšave produktivnosti montažne linije za izdelavo avtomobilskega žarometa. V uvodu je predstavljena vitka proizvodnja ter dve orodji, metoda nenehnih izboljšav v procesu (PDCA) in metoda hitrih menjav orodij (SMED). S pomočjo metode nenehnih izboljšav v procesu (PDCA) so analizirani vzroki za odstopanja, naloga pa je osredotočena na zmanjšanje zastojev zaradi organizacije in menjav. Na začetku je bila analizirana organizacija dela, na podlagi katerih se je s pomočjo vpeljanih sprememb izboljšal rezultat. V sklopu metode nenehnih izboljšav v procesu (PDCA) je nato sledila analiza zastojev zaradi menjav orodij. Na proizvodni liniji se proizvaja več različnih verzij izdelka, zato je potrebna pogosta menjava orodij. S pomočjo metode hitrih menjav orodij (SMED) so analizirani časi in koraki menjav, določen je nov cilj ter predpisan postopek, s katerim so se znatno znižali časi menjav.

Title:Increase of productivity on the assembly line with the method of constant improvements in the process
Abstract:
Master thesis elaborates optimization of production process in headlamp production with the target to increase productivity and output. In the beginning the lean manufacturing is presented and two methods, PDCA and SMED. The PDCA method was used to improve the results. Firstly, the deviations were analyzed. Secondly, we focused on downtimes, caused by insufficient organization and exchange of the tools. In the beginning we analyzed the work organization in the production line and implemented improvements. Therefore, the result improved. PDCA method then led us to analyze changeover of the tools. There are many variants of products produced in the line, thus the need for changeover is higher. The times and steps of the exchange were analyzed as a part of the SMED method, new goal was set and improved changeover process was implemented.
