Local community decided to build outdoor car shelters in order to weatherproof their beloved vehicles. In a bid to improve the overall look of the street and bring the cost down, they decided on a single design. Based on suggestions, 3 options came into a narrow circle of options. In the first part of this thesis I introduced the procedure for determining production costs of all included options. Following that I performed benefit analysis for all three and compared it to their respective costs.
In the end the community, thanks in part to the work done in this thesis, decided on option that proved to be the most beneficial, even though it wasn't the cheapest.
