Abstract
Uspešno vzdrževanje strojev in opreme je ključno za nemoteno in kakovostno delo proizvodnje. Za doseganje tega cilja se v svetu vse bolj uveljavlja vpeljava celovitega produktivnega vzdrževanja, s katerim podjetja povečujejo razpoložljivost in zanesljivost strojev in opreme. V teoretičnem delu zaključne naloge se predstavi cilje splošnega vzdrževanja ter cilje in stebre celovitega produktivnega vzdrževanja (TPM). Praktični del zaključne naloge pa se posveti analizi napak ter izračunu kazalnikov zanesljivosti določenega stroja. Temu sledi predstavitev TPM dokumentacije in začetka vpeljave oziroma že vpeljanih TPM stebrov v podjetju. Iz analize napak in izračunanih vrednosti kazalnikov MTBF, MTTR in OEE smo ugotovili, da vzdrževalne akcije v preteklosti niso bile najbolj uspešne, saj se je število napak povečalo, izračunane vrednosti kazalnikov pa ne dosegajo internih standardov podjetja. Na koncu smo podali še predloge za nadaljnje delo v podjetju, tako na splošnem vzdrževanju kot stebrih TPM.

Title:The beginning of the introduction of total productive maintenance into the company
Abstract:
Successful maintenance of machines and equipment is vital for smooth and quality production. For reaching this goal is implementation of Total Productive Maintenance – TPM, one of the most common way. With TPM company increases availability and reliability of machines and equipment. Goals of general maintenance, goals and pillars of Total Productive Maintenance will be presented in the theoretical part of final thesis. Experimental work of final thesis discuss analysis of stops and calculation of maintenance and reliability indicators. This is followed by presentation of TPM documentation and pillars of TPM, which are already or are in the beginning of implementation in to the company. From analyse of stops and calculated indicators such as MTBF, MTTR and OEE we reached a conclusion that maintenance actions in the past weren’t successful, because number of stops in year 2018 increased in comparison to year 2017. Furthermore, the calculated values of indicators differ from internal goals of the company. At the end of the final thesis we also proposed some improvements for the general maintenance and pillars of TPM.
