The graduation thesis deals with determining flow time of a conveyor production. In the theoretical part, conveyor families that have a similar way of production process implementation are presented. As the company wants to treat order of a conveyor as a project, a standard project structure shall be prepared for individual conveyor family, based on which, as well as based on knowledge of flow times of activities and technological operations, flow time of order implementation can be determined, therefore also project duration. The project of the conveyor production consists of all activities: customer’s demand, material purchase, implementation of technological and installation operations, as well as final machine and equipment test. In the last part of the thesis, an example of use of a standard project structure on the basis of an actual order is presented.
